退貨條件 | Return Conditions符合退貨資格之商品須符合以下所有條件: 1. 未拆封、未使用、包裝完整(含外盒、封膜、配件) 2. 附完整發票、贈品及相關單據 3. 無人為損壞、污損或使用痕跡 4. 於7天鑑賞期內申請


以下情況恕不接受退貨: • 已拆封、使用或試用之護膚品 • 因個人膚質、敏感反應、香味喜好或效果期待所申請退貨 • 商品包裝不完整或配件缺失 • 超過7天鑑賞期 • 惡意或重複退貨行為


換貨政策 | Exchange Policy換貨僅限以下情況: • 收到錯誤商品 • 運送過程造成包裝損壞但商品完好換貨流程: 1. 聯絡客服確認換貨資格 2. 辦理原訂單退貨 3. 重新下單所需商品 4. 本公司將處理差價結算

Return & Exchange Policy
YOUTH O’CLOCK skincare products are personal hygiene and usage experience-related items. To protect the rights of all customers, once the product has been unsealed, used, tried, or affected by personal factors, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
For return or exchange requests, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide:

Return Conditions
Products eligible for return must meet all of the following conditions:
1. Unopened, unused, with complete packaging (including outer box, seal, and accessories)
2. Accompanied by complete invoice, gifts, and related documents
3. Free from human-caused damage, stains, or signs of use
4. Applied for within the 7-day appreciation period
The following situations are not eligible for returns:
Skincare products that have been unsealed, used, or tried
Returns due to personal skin type, sensitivity reactions, scent preferences, or unmet expectations
Incomplete product packaging or missing accessories
Beyond the 7-day appreciation period
Malicious or repeated return behavior
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available in the following situations:
Received incorrect product
Packaging damaged during shipping but product intact
Exchange Process:

2. Process return for the original order
3. Place a new order for the required product
4. The company will handle the price difference settlement
Final Terms
YOUTH O’CLOCK reserves the final right to review all return and exchange applications. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final interpretation.
